I bought my Specialized bike from this shop and have no complaints, but I do wish that I could deal with the same person every time (because it is a pain to have to get to know a new sales person every time you visit). One very big plus to shopping here, is that they have a lot of bikes and accessories in stock and they do try to please. If you are into Specialized or Trek bikes, I can not recommend any better place to go. A bike ride around the lake (especially in the summer) is also always a nice experience.
